August 1, 2012

Women’s preventive care services are included when received in-network.


October 1, 2013

Health insurance exchanges open. Open enrollment begins.


December 15, 2013

Last day to purchase coverage to be effective January 1, 2014.


January 1, 2014

Health insurance exchange coverage and essential health benefits take effect.


March 31, 2014

Final day for open enrollment on the exchanges.


November 15, 2014

Health insurance exchanges open. Open enrollment begins.


January 15, 2015

Final day for open enrollment on the exchanges.
